Marko did a great job with our class. I brought my 12 year old son to learn more about gun safety and to try and shoot a few rounds for the first time and he did great. I certainly owe that to Marko and how at ease he made everyone, some of whom had never fired a weapon before today. Highly recommended this class before you obtain your concealed carry permit or your first handgun for personal protection. It is also a great refresher for long time users of any firearms. The instructor, Marko Galbreath, was absolutely engaging, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable! He knew actually what I was gonna do incorrectly before I did. Marco was amazing. The legal aspects of his firearm safety class / concealed permit course was well above others in the area. I can say that because I had taken firearm safety classes at two local shooting ranges. They just focused on firearms and carrying concealed. Three years ago Marko came in and delivered #activeshooter response training to our staff. 356 in total at 7 different locations throughout the states of VA, NC and SC. Since that time, through his training, we have identified and handled four active threats prior to them getting out of hand. His training is affordable and necessary. We recently had Marko and his team out for Active Shooter Response Training here in California. ONE WEEK after the training, our foreman identified someone at a local school armed with a machete, ammunition, a firearm and a backpack with misc items. Police were called, tased the subject after a fight and arrested him. The police commended the forman for his awareness and response. This was a direct result of Marko's presentation just one week prior.
Marco was just out at our HVAC Company in North Carolina. He trained six of our locations. 375 employees. Every single employee was impressed and several have expressed having Marco come back for their individual church training. Realistic training without the drama and theatrics.
Marko was able to re-arrange his schedule and travel to us in Texas after we received threats from an employee we had terminated just a few weeks prior. Marko set us up with a threat assessment team, trained our staff and updated us on management/owner responsibilities. We would highly recommend T4tactics and Marko. We have 323 "specialty" store locations on the southeastern seaboard of the US. We had a tragedy at one of our stores that set our employees on edge. We contacted Mr Galbreath and he spent time with our corporate office, district and store managers. In a nutshell, we're more focused now on violence prevention and de-escalation techniques. Today Marko came out to our facility and trained 68 of our employees firearm safety and the Virginia Concealed Carry Course. In our line of work, our employees are out in rural area and by their choice and our company policy, they now have the ability to protect themselves.
